Tradeshows/Conferences

At Kobo Products, I support the company’s presence at select trade shows and conferences. This includes coordinating with regional agents, overseeing event registration and hotel accommodations, requesting and tracking product samples, organizing all print and digital collateral, and managing shipping logistics.

In addition to logistical planning, I create promotional assets, such as the graphics below, for social media, and develop targeted email campaigns to engage segmented global audiences prior to each event.

Following each event, I track and report expenses, and collect feedback from participating Sales team members to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and inform future event strategy
